Sometimes we need to consult with you, by phone or email. We want to make sure you get a good product that is right for you. If you call and get our voicemail, leave a message if you want us to call you back. We'll do so as soon as we can. Please be sure to speak clearly so we get things right. If you don't want to give out your phone number, please email us to make an phone appointment when we'll be available to talk with you. It's always best to give us your payment information by phone, as email isn't a secure method for that.
Whichever contact method you prefer, we need to know a few things to recommend the right flogger for you. If you know exactly what you want, just tell us! If you want to consult with us, then we'd like to know your height (if you are the one throwing the flogger), and the sensation you are seeking, the colors and handle pattern you prefer. For all orders, please let us know if you have any special instructions, and we'll need your zip code to calculate the shipping cost. We ship via Priority Mail unless you prefer a different method.
